Spend Some Time With Us
It’s a non-competitive class for children focusing on the increase of strength and flexibility. Through yoga postures and breathing exercise, children will get to know their body better. Some interactive games and yoga art included which help children to build their social skill as well as to find their inner peace.
MOM AND BABY YOGA
This class offers a practice for women starting at about 6 weeks postpartum to find the great ease in their changing bodies with some stretching and strengthening postures. We welcome babies 6 weeks to almost crawling to join this class so as to experience the Itsy Bitsy yoga which help with soothing and bonding.
PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL YOGA
This class is to meet the needs of pregnant women to connect their body and mind with their babies. Specific postures will be introduced to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles; specific core area and hips area to prevent un-comfort (e.g. low back pain) that usually happen during pregnancy.
It’s a gentle yoga practice designed for beginner to have a try of yoga. Simple Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercise) will be introduced which help to focus and connect our body and mind. It’s ideal for student looking for refreshing experience.
